easyauto123 Hendra is a unique and fast paced one stop shop for used cars in Brisbane. With over 400 used cars onsite, the largest quality selection of used cars in Brisbane, mostly undercover. Centrally located just 5 minutes from both Brisbane Airport and Brisbane CBD a short walk from Hendra train station, and right next to the Gateway Motorway north of the Gateway Bridge. Revolutionising the used car experience through the use of innovation to provide customers with a sales process that meets their needs for vehicle sales, trades,  aftermarket accessories, finance and insurance offerings. Turning over 50% of our stock monthly, we are a force to be reckoned with!

Your key responsibility is to drive the Pre-Owned Sales Department’s KPI's (Customer, Financial, Manufacturer, and Dealership KPI's).  This will involve taking the department to the next level by driving robust processes, managing Pre-Owned inventory, customer expectations and a team of driven Sales Consultants, while managing change to ensure the Ultimate Customer Experience is achieved daily.

 

We are looking for:

  • Hands-on Sales Management 
  • Leading & motivating the sales team and maintaining a customer focused, performance orientated team culture
  • Pre-Owned Sales experience preferred
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Pre-Owned car market
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong leadership skills – ability to grow, develop and mentor your team
  • Exemplary communication and negotiation skills
  • A driven attitude with a strong desire to succeed
  • High-level time management skills
  • Reliable and hard working
  • Knowledge of dealership DMS systems
  • A forward thinker

To be successful in this role you will have a strong sales background coupled with a knowledge of the Pre-Owned vehicle market. You will be an exceptional relationship builder, strong negotiator, and sound communicator.
