About the Assessment Centre

• An overview of MLG and the Dump Truck Operator Program
• 1:1 interview conducted with our Recruitment Team
• Psychometric testing (computer based)
• Group activity
• Morning tea and lunch (provided) 

The Opportunity

If you hold a current and valid HR Drivers Licence, our paid Dump Truck Operator Program is ready to help you go the distance. Join a friendly and supportive work environment, with a safety-first approach and exciting future growth. 

Our structured training program will provide you with the knowledge and skills to become a dump truck operator. With full-time employment and benefits available, you can earn while you learn and experience the FIFO life.

• Earn while you learn! 
• Structured Training program which will provide you with the knowledge and skills to become a Dump Truck Operator 
• You will be training in and operating well maintained plant and equipment
• On the job training to competently operate dump trucks
• Fulltime employment and benefits 

Requirements/Skillset:

• Current and valid HR Australian Drivers Licence
• Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance
• Full Australian working rights
• Dump Truck - Articulated or Rigid
• A willingness to learn and desire to succeed
• A strong focus on safety for yourself and others around you
• Ability to work a FIFO 2:1 roster, including day/night shifts
