Experienced Senior Crowd Controller \u002F Security Guard

Dominance is an established security company with over 25 years in the industry, amongst our scope of services we provide security for some of Melbourne premier hospitality venues, such as restaurant, Bars, gaming venues, pubs, hotels and sports bars/clubs, (no Night clubs). Due to ongoing growth in this sector, we are currently seeking Experienced Crowd controllers, who are looking for some steady casual weekend work or more permanent role.

Weekend Warrior Crowd Controllers
Supervisor /Team Leader roles
Location CBD & Eastern Suburbs
Plenty of hours available
Excellent rates

Requirements: To be considered for these roles, you should have:

At least 2 years of experience as a crowd controller in busy licensed hospitality venues.
Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to de-escalate tense situations effectively.
A valid Victorian Private Security Licence is a must.
A gaming licence is advantageous but not required.
Own transport advantageous
Can work well in a team and support one another.
Well-presented and approachable, with the ability to connect with a diverse range of people.
