LABOURERS - MANUFACTURING

FTE is a leading manufacturer of refrigerated road transport; we are looking for multiple labourers to join our service team for immediate start, with full time roles on offer.

We are an established family owned and operated business, with 50+ years’ experience in the industry.

What we are looking for:   

Due to an increase in demand, we are expanding our team. Staff are engaged to assist in the manufacturing & repairing process of refrigerated road transport. Success in the role relies heavily upon the strict observance of company policies and procedures, particularly about Quality, Efficiency and Safety. We are particularly interested in hearing from candidates that possess skills or experience in the following areas:       

• Competent with hand and power tools
• Removal and disposal of damaged parts and components
• Prepare vehicle for repair and refitting of new/ repaired components
• General sanding, laminating and gelcoat repairs
• Align, position and fasten in place new and repaired components
• Quick, eager, able to work in a team and meet targets.
• Previous factory/ manufacturing experience - highly regarded.

You will be reliable, punctual, motivated and have a positive attitude.

Day Shift 4 days per week, with regular Fri overtime. 

Above award wages with excellent $$ on offer.
