Located in the heart of Castle Towers Shopping Centre, Endota Spa Castle Hill boasts 7 treatment rooms and specialises in a wide array of services, including massage, facials, spa packages, and advanced skin technology treatments. Your Role 

As the Back-of-Spa Operations Manager (2IC), you will lead the behind-the-scenes management of the spa, ensuring seamless operations, optimal therapist performance, and exceptional client care standards. This is a pivotal leadership position focused on therapist training, development, and maintaining operational excellence.

You will work closely with the Spa Manager as part of a dynamic leadership team, supporting 20+ therapists in delivering the highest quality treatments. Your key responsibilities include overseeing the back-of-house functions, managing therapist workflows, and ensuring the effective preparation of all spa operations, including treatment rooms and relaxation areas.

In this leadership management role you will: 

  • Lead therapist training and coaching on service sequences, methods, and product knowledge to maintain consistent treatment standards.
  • Ensure seamless spa operations, focusing on time management, scheduling, and preparation of therapists for their daily client treatments.
  • Maintain a collaborative environment by instilling a positive and growth-focused mindset, motivating the team to deliver on time and to a high standard.
  • Oversee the relaxation lounge and prep areas to ensure a calm and organized workspace.
    Partner with the Front-of-House Spa Manager to align operational goals and execute initiatives focused on both performance and customer service.
  • Uphold high communication standards across departments, ensuring clear and concise operational instructions at all levels.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Diploma in Beauty Therapy, with prior training experience (Cert IV in Training and Assessment advantageous).
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing teams and promoting operational excellence.
  • Passion for the beauty and wellness industry, with a focus on high-quality service and treatment standards.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with an ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
