Boilermaker Site Supervisor

Willweld specialises in heavy earth moving machinery repairs across the Western Australian mining industry. Our hard-working teams experience provides exceptional knowledge in all site based welding, Repairs, materials, as well as fabricate and supply components and wear packages that are unique to Willweld In our Kalgoorlie-Boulder Workshop.

We have an opportunity for an experienced Boilermaker Site Supervisor to join our rapidly growing business on a 9:5 roster based at a local Kalgoorlie mine site.

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Boilermaker Supervisor to lead and manage a team of Boilermakers on-site. 
This role will focus on the repair and maintenance site fleet of mining equipment, ensuring the overall reliability and success of client operations. As a key team leader, you will be responsible for ensuring all OHS requirements are met, and that work is completed within set timeframes and reported appropriately.

To be Successful in the Role, you will.

• Previous experience in supervisor role preferable
• Hold a Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade and demonstrated experience with Heavy Earthmoving equipment
• Be willing to carry out basic maintenance outside of welding duties when required
• Have strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work individually as well as in a team environment
• Hold a current driver’s license, HR preferable
• Be able to pass a pre-employment medical
• Have or be able to obtain a National Police Clearance
