Rubber Liner & Process Technician

We seek several skilled and reliable rubber liners to join our growing operational team. 

The ideal candidate will install, maintain, and repair rubber linings in industrial equipment, machinery, and pipelines. 

GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing rubber linings in industrial equipment, spools, tanks, and pipelines
• Understand the rubber product specifications and take measurements to determine conformity to specifications
• Examining and marking output for visible defects such as cracks, holes, and breakages.
• Making minor repairs and adjustments to rubber lining jobs.
• Prepare surfaces for rubber lining and coating by cleaning, sandblasting, and priming. 
• Ability to work with a variety of rubber materials and adherence to safety protocol

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 

• Prior experience in rubber lining in a similar position is ideal but not essential.
• Willing to work FIFO/DIDO
• Strong attention to detail, the ability to work with various rubber materials, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Willing to understand all Methodology standards, including lining, repair, application, and preparation methods, standards, and requirements
• This role would be ideal for someone with a background in the following trades: fabrication, material handling, flooring, and pattern making.
• Strong understanding of rubber materials, application techniques, and quality control processes.
• Team player to support and help develop a positive workplace culture.
