Job Summary

The Phone Sales and Store role is essential for managing branch sales calls and ensuring a well-organised, clean, and safe store environment. You will be responsible for processing invoices, credits, and RMAs, as well as efficiently receiving and dispatching goods. Additionally, you will conduct regular stock counts, oversee inventory maintenance, and promptly report any discrepancies in stock levels to the branch manager. Your contribution will play a vital role in enhancing the overall customer experience and operational efficiency.

About the Role

We are seeking a full-time permanent salesperson to join our team at JAS Oceania, Dubbo.  We are seeking a person who has a passion for customer service, willingness to learn and driven to reach business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to efficiently take branch sales
  • Respond to phone calls, assisting customers & account managers to optimise sales
  • Process invoices & credits as required
  • Maintain goods, pallet racking & shelving – including undertaking stock counts when required

Skills & Experience

  • Excellent written & verbal communication
  • Driven individual with ability to learn and constantly adapt in high volume environments
  • Customer Service focused
  • Automotive electrical parts sales experience (desirable)
