Metal Roofing Supervisor

Title – Site/Project Manager

Baker Roofing specialises In all aspects of Roofing including Metal Roofing, Tiles and Slating. We are part of the HCR group with offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. We focus on impressing our clients and ensuring our employees enjoy their job.

The Role

We are looking for a site manager to run the project delivery part of business. The site manager will work closely with the Operations manager and sales team to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget. The site manager will also manage quality workmanship is applied to all work carried out.

Your Duties

· Ordering Materials from suppliers

· Scheduling jobs with both client and installers

· Managing installers insurances are up to date

· Managing project budgets

· Working closely with operations team

· Ensuring customers are well informed of proceedings for their job

· Scheduling safety systems are in place prior to starting

· Ensuring Risk assessments are done prior to work start

· Attending site for check measures and putting orders together

 

Your Experience

· You will have a minimum of 7 years Roofing experience in Metal Roofing.  -  -   Advantageous for Tiles and Slate experience

· You will have excellent presentation skills

· You pride yourself on quality workmanship

· You have managed teams of employees/crews before

· You know how to measure roof areas and all complex flashings with confidence 

· You have excellent time management skills
