• Full-time permanent role, immediately available
• Primarily field-based / work-from-home role
• Travel throughout Queensland, Northern Territory and South Australia
• $85k base plus super + $15k car allowance

The Role

As an estimator, your focus on people and relationships will be vital to the success of this role. You will attend client sites, prepare and document accurate estimations, and support our sales team in winning new business. This role will require frequent travel throughout Queensland, Northern Territory and South Australia, with overnight accommodation.

While managing your day-to-day workload, you will foster positive stakeholder relationships, exceed our clients' expectations, and ensure we add value to our client portfolio. The keys to success in this role are strong communication skills, an understanding of budgets and costs, service delivery, and stakeholder management. 

The role:

As an Estimator, you will:

• Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with our clients and internal teams
• Analyse tender documents, floor plans and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labour estimates
• Visit client sites and quantify various aspects relevant to the requested services
• Provide estimation support to our sales team

 Skills and experience:

• Good ability with MS Excel is a vital asset to the role
• Strong time management, planning and organisation skills
• Self-driven and a good team player
• Computer literacy and the ability to be able to analyse data
• Current driver’s license and a reliable car
• Project management experience is ideal
• National Police Check
