Come join our brand new TJM Ipswich team as our new Workshop Manager and lead a team of keen Fitters. TJM Ipswich is a Company owned store, part of our ever expanding network, backed by the support of Aeroklas Asia Pacific Group and our global parent.

Your role in our Team

You’ll be an enthusiastic and motivated leader who is also a hands-on team player who takes pride and ownership of your work and your Workshop. Building a team, mentoring and growing your team members to be their best is a passion of yours. 

You’ll report directly to the TJM Ipswich Branch Manager and collectively ensure our customer’s needs and expectations are in safe hands. And most importantly, you’ll take personal pride in ensuring our customers are delighted, well equipped with the right 4WD parts, on time, ready for their next adventure!

 

What you’ll bring to the Team

• Current workshop leadership experience,
• Qualifications including: 
  1. Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent Trade Qualification,
  2. Vehicle Fitting and/or Mechanical Skills and experience,
  3. Auto Electrical experience. 
• Great communication and teamwork skills,
• A genuine work ethic and accountability,
• A current Forklift license and Drivers license.
