About the role: 

Due to continued business growth, we now have an opportunity for an Electric and Hybrid Vehicle Sales Specialist to join our recently announced and soon to be launched BYD Bendigo sales department. 

Established in 2003, BYD has now surpassed Tesla and grown into the worlds largest Electric vehicle manufacturer. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to be directly involved in the launch, growth and overall success of the BYD brand in Central Victoria. 

Reporting to the General Sales Manager, this unique role comes with mentorship, support and a pathway for growth into a leadership position in the BYD department.  

 

Key responsibilities in the role: 

Product Knowledge: BYD are at the cutting edge of vehicle technology; be our resident expert in Electric and Hybrid vehicles, showcasing our amazing range with passion and confidence! 

Customer Experience: establish relationships and build rapport by tailoring your approach to each person. Listen to customer needs, guide them along the process and provide an extraordinary experience. 

Sales Process Management: manage every step of the sales journey from initial customer enquiry to handing over the vehicle. This includes vehicle showcasing, test drives, sales negotiations and follow up.  

Sales Administration: ensuring sales paperwork is accurate, up to date and reported correctly. Managing your time and appointments is essential.
