💥 Manager/Senior Barbers

Step into a leadership role and make an impact! As a Manager/Senior Barber, you’ll lead a talented team, mentor junior barbers, and help ensure that ACE OF FADEZ continues to provide the best grooming experience in town.

What We Offer:

• 💰 Competitive Salary: $77,700 - $88,800 per year plus commissions
• ⏰ Flexibility: 4-6 days a week
• 🎓 Growth: Ongoing training in styling, scissor work, product knowledge, and more

• Leadership Role: Ongoing leadership support and training

This Role Includes:

• Leading the team and overseeing daily operations (Manager role)
• Providing top-notch services and client consultations
• Training and mentoring junior barbers
• Ensuring a clean and efficient workspace

What You Need:

• 3- 5+ years of experience in barbering
• Leadership and team management skills (Manager role)
• Passion for the craft and client satisfaction
• Availability on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
