Full Job Description:
Grealy Motors, a family-owned business with a proud history of automotive excellence, is expanding its team in Yarrawonga. We seek a dedicated Roadside Assistance Technician with a passion for customer service and a knack for quick problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform emergency roadside services with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintain a high standard of safety and operational compliance.
  • Manage and document service tasks accurately and timely.
  • Maintain and operate service trucks and equipment according to company standards.
Your Qualifications:
  • Trade qualification as a Motor Mechanic, Automotive Electrician, or a 3rd-year apprentice.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and manage your workload.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills across various vehicle types.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
  • Previous tow truck operation experience is an advantage.
