About the role

Leading Edge Plastering is seeking a Qualified Gyprock Plasterer to join our team in Caloundra, QLD. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work with an established and reputable plastering company.

What you'll be doing

• Applying Gyprock and other plasterboard materials to walls and ceilings

• Preparing surfaces for plastering by cutting, fitting and fixing plasterboard

• Setting to a high standard

• Sanding and preparing surfaces for painting

• Competent in all cornice areas

• Collaborating with other tradespeople to ensure seamless project completion

• Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment

What we're looking for

• Formal qualification as a Gyprock Plasterer

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a qualified plasterer

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to achieve a high-quality finish

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently

• Reliable, punctual and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service

• Awareness of and commitment to workplace health and safety
