About the Role

The Finance and Insurance Manager is part of an experienced team in our West Terrace Used Sales department. The role is to deliver finance and insurance solutions to our customers. We are looking for a motivated and driven consultant with excellent negotiation skills, and who prides themselves on delivering exceptional customer service.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Build and foster strong relationships.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge.

 

 

Skills & Experience

 

• Proven F&I sales experience in the automotive industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional and enthusiastic presentation.
• Results driven and customer-centric approach.
• Able to use Microsoft Office and software programs.
• Driver’s licence required.
