About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a qualified Sheet Metal Worker with strong TIG welding experience to join our growing team. You’ll be part of something unique—custom fabrication work where no two projects are the same. Site installation experience is highly regarded, as we install many of our solutions directly for clients.

This is a hands-on role where your work will be valued and your skills put to use in creative, solution-driven ways. You’ll also have the opportunity to work with our brand-new Laser Welder, supporting high-precision fabrication. Lately, we’ve been working on a number of stainless steel projects, so experience with stainless is a big plus.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Fabricating and welding sheet metal ducting and components using TIG, MIG, and (optionally) STICK processes.

- Operating our new Laser Welder to support high-quality welds with precision and efficiency.

- Working with stainless steel materials, particularly on custom jobs.

- Carrying out both workshop fabrication and on-site installations, including ductwork, fans, dust collectors, filter changes, stacks, and roofing.

- Installing machinery on both new systems and retrofits.

Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach are key.

We’re seeking candidates with the following skills and experience:

- Trade qualifications in Sheet Metal / Fabrication

- Strong TIG welding experience (essential)

- Experience with stainless steel fabrication highly regarded

- Minimum 2 years in a related field

- MIG welding experience (STICK welding beneficial but not essential)

- Site installation experience preferred

- Basic mechanical fitting knowledge (not essential)

- Forklift licence (not essential)

- Certifications for working at heights, confined spaces, and EWP over 11m (we can provide training if required)
