As we continue to grow rapidly, we are seeking a talented, energetic CNC Machinist to join our high-performing team in Malaga.

We are looking for a CNC Machinist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to work alongside world-class engineers.
You will:
Program and operate DMG Mori DMU 50 Gen 3 (5-Axis Machining Centre) and DMG Mori NLX2500Y/700 Y-Axis CNC Turning Centre with Live Tooling
Create prototype and pre-production parts for client and internal projects
Program new parts quickly and efficiently using MasterCAM
Work closely with Engineers to influence part designs, suggest improvements, and solve manufacturing challenges
Assist in pre-production runs and low-volume manufacturing jobs
Contribute to workshop improvements and help define best practices
Manage and deliver your machining tasks within agreed timelines and deadlines, maintaining a strong commitment to the success of projects
Develop accurate and realistic machining time estimates based on drawings or CAD models, and collaborate with engineers on quoting and project planning
Enjoy flexible working hours agreed with the Team Leader

You are a highly motivated, energetic team player who brings passion and pace to your work.
You will have:
Trade Qualification in CNC Machining, Toolmaking, or Diploma of Engineering with strong hands-on machining experience
Proven experience operating 5-Axis Milling Machines (preferably Heidenhain controlled) and CNC Lathes (Fanuc or Mitsubishi controls)
Strong MasterCAM programming skills (Essential)
Ability to work fast, accurately, and proactively in a high-mix, low-volume prototyping environment
Strong teamwork skills — you value being part of a team where your ideas and feedback matter
Good fitness level and physical capability to meet the demands of workshop work
Strong analytical skills to assess job requirements and provide dependable time estimations
A strong commitment to meeting timelines and delivering results to support the growth and momentum of the business
A willingness to help build a manufacturing culture that moves as fast as our engineering team
Desirable but not essential:
Familiarity with SolidWorks for simple fixture or jig design
Experience in prototype tooling and injection mould making
$100,000 – $120,000 Base + Super (Full-Time, No Overtime Chasing)
