Accessory Fitter

About the Role
Are you passionate about cars and have an eye for detail? As an Accessory Fitter, you’ll be a crucial part of our team, preparing vehicles to the highest standard by fitting a wide range of automotive accessories. From enhancing functionality to elevating style, your work will directly impact customer satisfaction. Duties & Responsibilities:

• Expertly install accessories and parts on new and used vehicles with precision.
• Perform inspections and routine testing to ensure installations meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and adjust accessories to guarantee optimal functionality.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and presentation post-installation.
• Accurately document tasks performed and record all parts used.
• Support administrative tasks, including completing warranty documentation.
• Stay informed with technical manuals, bulletins, and product updates.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure expectations are met.

Skills & Experience:

• Previous Experience in Vehicle Accessory Fitment is essential.
• Solid understanding of automotive accessory fitting principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with brand products and accessories.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Full, Valid Driver’s Licence is Essential.
