Area Sales Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a new Area Sales Manager for our Southern Region Operation (Victoria & Tasmania, reporting to the Regional Sales Manager).

This role will require you to make a significant contribution to sales penetration in the Southern Region Auto market for KIA’s impressive product range. You will achieve this by creating, communicating and implementing KIA’s trusted sales strategy. You will have the use of our regional sales resources and drive these outcomes by supporting and working alongside Southern region’s KIA Dealerships and their representatives.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

• Minimum 3 years sales experience (preferably within the Automotive or industries; in a wholesale or retail environment)

• Tertiary education/qualifications in a business discipline, will be an advantage.

• Exceptional communication skills, able to confidently liaise with all levels of your Dealer’s business & colleagues within KIA Australia teams.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office, SAP experience would be an advantage and IT Databases for the purposes of Reporting and Analysis

• Willingness to drive/travel regularly throughout the Southern Region and occasionally interstate.

• Willingness to work outside of standard hours to attend Field Days, Trade Shows etc.
