Your Role

As our Fleet / Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Karratha-based fleet

• Managing logistics, scheduling, and equipment deployment

• Leading a team of operators, mechanics, and support staff

• Ensuring compliance with safety and maintenance standards

• Identifying and implementing efficiency improvements

• Supporting strategic planning and business growth

What We’re Looking For

✔ Proven experience in fleet or operations management, ideally in plant hire, or logistics
✔ Strong leadership skills and a hands-on management style
✔ Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
✔ Sound knowledge of equipment maintenance and compliance requirements
✔ A collaborative, can-do attitude with a focus on safety and results
✔ Karratha-based or willing to relocate
