About the Opportunity 

The Trades Manager role ensures HTHA has a suitable Trade network in place to deliver the incoming trade work volumes, at the quality and safety standards required. Being able to identify and onboard suitable trade subcontractors, establishing a trusted relationship with these trades to allow effective performance management to required Service Levels.
A good understanding of how Trade companies operate and a solid financial understanding to support strong commercial discussions, negotiations and decision making is imperative.

 We’re looking for…

• Hands-on experience managing trade teams or subcontractors to SLA and performance standards

• Trade background with knowledge of quoting, works, safety and the end-to-end trade and customer experience.

• Trade qualified with Solar experience and commercial understanding

• Experience in identification, planning and assisting with the design and implementation of best practice improvements.
