Branch Manager – Automotive Roadside Assistance

Trio Automotive Group are chasing a motivated individual to come on board as our new Branch Manager, you must be looking to learn and increase your skills in multiple fields to assist the daily running of the Hervey Bay Depot with the opportunity to grow within the business as we expand our fleet. 

Your responsibilities will range from:

• Daily Pre-Start checks, Weekly Morning Meetings & Monthly Audits at the Local Depot

• Understand All Operations within the Hervey Bay Business Depot 

• Assisting Local Customers & Businesses with Exceptional Service

• Assist with KPI'S, Training, Rosters & Holiday Workloads

• Monitor Battery & Equipment Stock as well as Rotation of Damaged/ old Products.

• Overseeing local internal departments e.g. workshop and admin 

• Attend Training Sessions out of town within the Business.

•  Assist WHS with All Needs related to the Business Operations. 

• Assist Tow Truck Driving and Patrol driving 

• Assist covering administrative duties

Skills: 

• Proficient in Microsoft applications 

• Mechanical knowledge

• Exceptional customer service

• Great interpersonal skills and open communication skills

• Must be able to multitask and work under pressure

• Eager to learn 

• Must hold a MR or Higher license 

• On call availability
