The Role:

This is a senior leadership position leading the Industrial division, and one of 3 divisional managers  reporting to the General Manager, with responsibility for:

• leading the performance of the Industrial / sheet metal division

• Overseeing a workshop team of 8–10

• Building customer relationships

• Ensuring strong safety and quality outcomes

• Maintaining operational excellence across machinery and workflow

About You:

We’re looking for a capable and confident manager who can lead from the front. You'll bring:

• Fabrication trade qualifications

• 10+ years of fabrication experience including sheet metal fabrication

• team leadership experience

• Strong communication skills, written and verbal,

• Exposure / experience to quoting is preferred

• Good computer skills; some drafting experience would be a bonus
