About Torquay

Located at this idyllic beachside location, only a short walk from the beach itself, our beautiful endota spa Torquay is surrounded by trendy local cafes, breweries, and eateries in the Torquay Village.

Boasting 8 treatment rooms, we specialise in massage, facials, spa packages and a full list of beauty treatments. We offer the latest in advanced treatments, including hydro-microdermabrasion, Light Therapy (LED), electro-mesotherapy and clinical peels.


Your Role 

In the role of a Spa Receptionist/Spa Assistant, you will provide excellent customer service to customers in-spa, over the phone and via email. 

As the face of the spa, the Spa Receptionist is responsible for:

  • Using your strong IT skills, you will manage treatment bookings
  • Process gift vouchers & product sales
  • Answer email enquiries and be responsible for data entry/ inventory requirements
  • Maintaining spa presentation standards with duties such as general cleaning responsibilities such as laundry, vacuuming, dusting, stocking/ arranging product and any other housekeeping tasks that will support the everyday function of the spa.
     

Your Skills & Experience

  • You have previous reception/customer service experience (experience in spa or beauty industry preferred) 
  • Proficient IT skills (Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel) and previous experience using an electronic booking system (ideally Zenoti)
  • You have availability to work late nights and weekends
  • You have strong communication skills and excellent personal presentation standards
  • You are highly organised and exhibit great time management skills
  • You will be as passionate about the endota brand as we are and share our core values and philosophy
  • You have excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently, multitask and manage your own workload to agreed timelines

Whilst it is our preference to recruit and employ from the local labour market, we will consider applicants who are already in Australia and hold a visa with work rights.
