Purpose/Objective: The Tradesman Level 2 is a senior role within the construction team, responsible for executing complex construction tasks with precision and leadership. This role contributes significantly to project success through advanced technical skills and effective team management.

Technical Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry, demonstrating mastery of trade-specific skills.
- Proficiency in steel fixing. swimming pool construction major bonus
- Advanced understanding of construction plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Capability to lead small crews in constructing basic pools and steel fixing tasks efficiently.
- Ownership of all necessary tools and equipment required for trade tasks.
Main Responsibilities:
- Independently steel fix complex pools, edge beams, and curved walls to exact specifications.
- Lead small crews in construction tasks, ensuring efficient project execution and adherence to quality standards.
- Assist in crew leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Crew Leader, including team coordination and task assignment.
- Maintain responsibility for daily project progress, including task allocation and adherence to project timelines.
- Ensure compliance with company and industry standards for safety, quality, and project delivery.
- Take ownership of crew performance, including training and mentoring junior team members.

- Physical demands include lifting heavy objects, bending, and standing for extended periods.
