We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Senior Hairstylist to join our flagship North Lakes salon. If you are full of personality, have an energetic vibe, and a genuine passion for the hair and beauty industry, we'd love to hear from you!

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years experience in a salon setting.
• Certificate III in Hairdressing (or equivalent).
• Proficient and confident in all aspects of hairdressing (colouring, cutting, and styling).

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Perform as a dual operator (Colour, cutting, and styling).
• Assist in supervising and mentoring emerging stylists.
• General cleaning and housekeeping duties.
• Stock control.
• Perform safety and hygiene practices.
• Administrative tasks as required by your manager.
• Track and meet personal KPIs.
• Up-sell and cross-sell products and services.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide exceptional client service.
• Maintain a high standard of appearance and hygiene.
