Pre-Press & Print Production Assistant

POS Visual Solutions is a fast-growing Large Format Print & Signage business, specializing in national retail print and graphics campaigns across Australia and New Zealand. Based in Braeside, Melbourne, we are looking for an experienced Pre-Press Operator / Print Production Assistant to join our energetic and passionate team.

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled professional with a strong background in Large Format Pre-Press & Print Production. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a keen eye for detail, and enjoys delivering high-quality print solutions for top brands.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Preparing artwork for Large Format printing and signage production
• Operating Pre-Press programs such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop
• Managing Print RIP programs (e.g., Onyx)
• Ensuring the highest print quality and finishing standards for our valued clients
• Working collaboratively in a supportive, hard-working, and fun team environment

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 Experience: Proven experience in Large Format Pre-Press & Print Production
🔹 Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite & Print RIP software
🔹 HP Latex Printing Knowledge: Experience with HP "Latex" Large Format technology is highly regarded
🔹 Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain high standards in print quality and finishing
🔹 Communication & Teamwork: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines
