About the role

Star Sales & Service is seeking a full-time Sales Assistant / Workshop Co-ordinator to join our team in Albany, WA 6330. In this varied and fast-paced role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with in-store sales, and coordinating our workshop operations.

What you'll be doing

• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist customers with product selection and purchases
• Process sales transactions,
• Receive, unpack, and stock merchandise, ensuring the sales floor is well-presented
• Assist with workshop operations, including scheduling appointments, ordering parts, and liaising with technicians
• Contribute to the overall smooth running of the store by supporting your team and completing various administrative tasks as required
