ACCOUNT AND ADMIN

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Account and Admin professional to join our team at ANZ AUTO PARTS SYDNEY' in Villawood NSW 2163. This is a full-time position, and you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and account management support to our sales team and valued customers.

What you'll be doing

• Handling customer inquiries and providing excellent client service
• Processing and managing customer orders and invoices
• Maintaining detailed and accurate records in our accounting and inventory systems
• Assisting with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
• Supporting the sales team with various administrative duties
• Contributing to the overall smooth operation of the office

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar administrative or account management role
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients
• Proficiency in using accounting and inventory management software
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
• A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving
• Good knowledge of office administration processes and procedures
