Dealership Vehicle Detailer

About the role

Join our thriving Bayford VW Epping team as a full-time Dealership Vehicle Detailer. In this important role, you will be responsible for ensuring all vehicles arriving at our Epping Dealership are meticulously cleaned and prepared for sale or delivery.

What you'll be doing

• Thoroughly cleaning the interior and exterior of new and used vehicles using specialised detailing equipment and products

• Performing a range of vehicle detailing tasks such as washing, vacuuming, polishing, shampooing and stain removal

• Identifying and addressing any minor vehicle defects or issues during the detailing process

• Maintaining a high standard of presentation for all vehicles on the dealership lot

• Collaborating with the sales team to ensure vehicles are prepared to customer specifications

• Contributing to a safe and efficient work environment by following all health and safety protocols

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a vehicle detailer or valeter, preferably within an automotive dealership environment

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently to tight deadlines

• Good problem-solving skills and the willingness to take initiative

• A positive, customer-focused attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team

• A valid driver's licence and the ability to safely operate a range of detailing equipment
