Air Conditioning Service Technician

About the role

As a fulltime Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Service Technician at Church Air Conditioning in Hamilton, NSW 2303, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing domestic and commercial air conditioning and refrigeration systems across the local area. This hands-on and customer-focused position is essential in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our clients' cooling and heating needs.

What you'll be doing

• Perform routine maintenance checks and servicing on a variety of air conditioning units
• Diagnose and repair faults on air conditioning and refrigeration systems, including mechanical, electrical and refrigeration components
• Install new air conditioning equipment for domestic and commercial clients
• Provide exceptional customer service and a caring attitude
• Maintain detailed records of all work completed and parts used
• Ensure all work is carried out to the highest safety and quality standards

What we're looking for

• Formal qualifications in air conditioning and refrigeration - Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex system faults
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and provide technical advice
• Availability to participate in After Hours Roster/On Call
• A keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
• A current driver's licence 
• Familiarity with applicable health, safety and environmental regulations
