About the role

We are seeking a motivated Dermal Therapist/Clinician to join our dynamic team at The Clinic Skin Health & Wellness in Canberra. This part-time role is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the exceptional patient care and advanced treatments provided at our stunning skin health and wellness facility.

What you'll be doing

• Perform a range of non-invasive dermal therapies and treatments, including chemical peels, laser treatments, microneedling and other advanced skincare services

• Assess clients' skin conditions and create customised treatment plans to address their specific concerns.

• Provide exceptional customer service and patient education to ensure clients understand and feel confident in their treatment plans.

• Collaborate with the broader medical and wellness teams to deliver holistic, integrated care.

• Maintain detailed client records and treatment notes.

• Ensure the safe and effective operation of all equipment and adhere to all relevant health and safety protocols.

• Provide a superior client service and experience, every time.

What we're looking for

• Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Dermal Therapy/Science.

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Dermal Therapist or Clinician, preferably in a medical or wellness setting.

• Demonstrated expertise in a range of non-invasive dermal therapies and treatments.

• Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
