Job Type: Permanent full-time

Hours: 38h p/w (Monday to Friday)

Annual Salary: $70,000.00 – $80,,000.00

Task & Responsibilities

• Perform general servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of vehicles.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using advanced diagnostic tools.
• Conduct inspections and provide accurate assessments of vehicle conditions.
• Replace or repair worn parts, such as brake pads, wheel bearings, and other essential components.
• Test and adjust repaired systems to meet manufacturer standards.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace.

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum of a relevant certificate IV or equivalent in substantial experience ( a Certificate iii and 2 years of experience suffice, or 3 years of experience for those without a qualification)
• Valid Australian Drivers License
• Minimum of 1 Year experience as a Motor Mechanic in the field.

Essential Skills and Requirements

• Demonstrated light vehicle repair, service and maintenance skills including a solid understanding of petrol engines, suspension, transmission, steering and braking systems.
• Ability to read and interpret a broad range of vehicles service manuals.
• Ability to use computers for the purpose of diagnosing faults and testing vehicle parts
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Ability to prioritise workload to ensure customer and management deadlines are met.
• Excellent customer service skills including the ability to effectively communicate
