Fire Protection Service Technician

Qualifications & experience

• Proficient in the servicing of fire protection equipment to AS1851:2012
• QBCC Occupation license essential for Emergency Lights - Inspect and Test & Fire Portables - Install and Maintain
• Minimum 2 years demonstrated experience in the fire protection service industry
• A valid drivers license
• Construction industry induction card
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills

Tasks & responsibilities

• On site service of fire protection equipment to AS1851 including: Fire extinguishers, fire hydrants, fire hose reels, emergency lights and smoke alarms for businesses and properties throughout South East Queensland. 
• You will be required to plan your schedule and organise access with customers to service their fire equipment.
• You will be provided with a service vehicle, phone, tablet, tools and all equipment required for the work.
