Boilermakers

We’re Hiring: Boilermakers – Full Time or Casual

Location: Midvale, WA & Various Mine Sites

We are currently seeking skilled and motivated Boilermakers to join our Western Australian team. Experience in Fixed Plant Maintenance, particularly with Grinding Mills and Crushers, will be highly regarded.

 

About the Role:
Reporting to the Supervisor and Operations Manager, you will be part of a highly regarded team known for delivering quality work.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct maintenance and repairs on fixed plant equipment

• Work across various sites, including metropolitan and remote locations

• Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times

• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team

 

Work Type:

• Full Time or Casual opportunities available

 

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to quickly grasp new concepts, adaptable and flexible in approach

• Willingness to work in a range of environments – metro, regional, and remote

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to follow directions and work under pressure

• Available for travel intrastate, interstate, and occasionally overseas

 

Essential Qualifications & Certifications:

• Trade Certificate (Boilermaker/Fabrication)

• Construction White Card (OHS Card)

• Current Driver’s License

• High-Risk Work License – EWP

• Working at Heights (within 2 years)

• Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screening

• Federal/National Police Clearance
