About the Role

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the vital link between our customers and our workshop. You’ll deliver exceptional service experiences, manage bookings, and ensure vehicles are serviced efficiently and professionally.

Key responsibilities include:

Welcoming customers and identifying their service needs
Coordinating vehicle servicing and workshop schedules
Communicating updates, costs, and timelines clearly
Providing outstanding customer service from start to finish
Liaising with technicians and ensuring smooth daily operations

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:
✔ Experienced in customer service (Automotive, Hospitality, or Retail)
✔ Energetic, professional, and confident in communication
✔ Able to multitask and perform under pressure

✔ Holds a current WA manual/auto driver’s licence
