About the Role

This is a full-time, hands-on position for an experienced CNC Operator with a background in cabinet making or joinery. You will be responsible for operating CNC machinery to produce high-quality components for kitchens, wardrobes, and custom joinery projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain CNC machines

• Read and interpret technical drawings and cutting lists

• Load programs and materials for efficient and accurate production

• Perform quality control checks to ensure precision and finish

• Troubleshoot and adjust machine settings as required

• Collaborate with the design and assembly teams to meet project timelines

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years' experience operating CNC machinery in a joinery or cabinet making environment

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Understanding of cabinet construction and joinery techniques

• Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines

• Forklift licence (desirable but not essential)
