The Norris Motor Group - one of Brisbane's leading motor groups for 40 years, requires the services of an enthusiastic Accounts Receivable Clerk to work at its Corporate Head Office at Nundah.

The Norris Motor Group has seven operations strategically located on the north side of Brisbane and comprises of Nundah Mitsubishi, Suzuki, Isuzu Ute & JAC, Northside Kia & Hyundai, Redcliffe Mitsubishi, Suzuki & MG, Metro Hyundai, Great Wall & Kia at Windsor, Volkswagen and MG at Kedron, Aspley Ram, Renault & LDV and Brendale Hyundai, Isuzu Ute, LDV, MG & Kia.

We are looking for a reliable team member that is computer literate and competent in accounting procedures. They must also possess excellent communication skills.

The successful applicant will ideally have at least some experience in Accounts Receivable with General Ledger Reconciliation experience. The role will include but is not limited to;

• Process daily AR transactions such as posting of receipts, taking credit card payments, reconciling accounts, follow up debts and processing new account applications

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to facilitate effective debt collection.

• Follow up on overdue accounts and work with customers to resolve outstanding balances.

• Maintain strong communication with NMG Management and stakeholders

The position is located in our corporate head office in Nundah and the person will directly report to the Administration Manager and Financial Controller.

Appropriate Salary will be commensurate with experience.
