We currently have an exciting opportunity on our Customer Care team for a Receptionist / Booking Consultant.

We are looking for someone with previous experience in a customer service role who is looking to step up with a new challenge. While previous automotive dealership experience is highly regarded, full training and support will be provided to the successful applicant.

Responsibilities of the role will include:

• Service Enquiries / Bookings
• Customer follow up
• Growing & Maintaining customer satisfaction levels for all brands
• Customer retention
• Resolving & assisting with customer concerns
• Other duties as required

This is a full time role working Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm with 1/2 hour for lunch.
