About the Role
We’re on the lookout for a skilled and self-motivated Cabinet Maker/Installer who can hit the ground running. You'll be involved in both factory and on-site work, crafting and installing bespoke cabinetry for high-end residential interiors. You’ll work directly with the business owner on a range of unique projects and be trusted to deliver top-quality work with professionalism and care.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Interpreting detailed plans and drawings

• Manufacturing and assembling custom cabinetry

• Onsite installations in high-end residential settings

• Working with a variety of premium materials and finishes

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace

• Communicating clearly with clients and team members

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Cabinet Maker with 5+ years’ experience

• Strong knowledge of joinery techniques and machinery, tools, materials and surfaces

• Excellent communication skills—clear, respectful and client-focused

• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail

• Ability to work with minimal or no supervision to achieve prescribed tasks

• White Card and valid Australian driver’s licence

• Own set of relevant tools (drills and hand tools)

• Forklift licence and/or experience working with Cabinet Vision is a bonus
