About the Role: As a Mobile Caretaker, you'll work across a portfolio of strata properties, performing cleaning, groundskeeping, basic handyman work, and assisting other CMBM divisions (landscaping, pressure washing, labouring).

Working together with the Facilities Caretaker, this position is based at Stockland Halcyon Berwick, located in Berwick.  A full time, permanent opportunity, Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm.

About us Royal Queensland Yacht Squadron is home to one of Queensland’s oldest and most prestigious sailing and cruising clubs.  As well as the main Clubhouse & Marina in the bayside suburb of Manly, the Squadron also operates a site at Canaipa Point on Russell Island.Job Description - FULL TIME ROLE WITH ON-SITE ACCOMMODATION We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, reliable and experienced Maintenance and general handyperson (or Couple) to take on the very important role of Caretaker of the Canaipa Point site.  The site is on approx 1 hectare of land, and comprises a recently built 2 bedroom Caretaker cottage, workshops & storage sheds, an amenities building with toilets, showers and laundry, a swimming pool and BBQ areas.  We need someone (or a couple) to take on the role and responsibilities of keeping the site in excellent condition, looking after general maintenance and handyperson work and most importantly, maintain good security, being friendly and welcoming to visiting members.
