About The Role:

We are seeking passionate and experienced vocational educators to join our dynamic teaching team. As a Teacher at BKI, you will deliver high-quality, face-to-face vocational education and training, working closely with students from diverse and bilingual backgrounds. You'll be part of a well-established, collaborative team that values mentoring, duty of care, and student success.

You will contribute to the design and delivery of engaging learning programs, assess student competencies, and maintain strong industry connections to ensure training remains relevant and impactful.

  • A minimum Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent) - mandatory
  • At least 5 years of relevant industry experience - mandatory
  • Experience teaching students from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds

  • A commitment to face-to-face teaching and student engagement
  • A collaborative mindset and passion for mentoring and supporting learners
