ProClean NT is looking for motivated and reliable Casual Cleaners to join our growing team! As a Cleaner with ProClean, you'll be at the heart of what we do—helping to keep homes and businesses sparkling clean and hygienic. You'll work alongside a friendly, professional crew, taking on various cleaning tasks that make a real difference to our clients.

 

About You

You're someone who takes pride in your work and understands the importance of a clean, well-presented space. Ideally, you've had some experience in cleaning, but more importantly, you're reliable, detail-oriented, and happy to work independently. You communicate well, bring a positive attitude to each job, and are comfortable with physical tasks.

Flexibility with hours and travel is key, and having your transport and a Certificate II in Cleaning Services is a bonus (but not a dealbreaker).

Key Responsibilities

 

• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and wiping down surfaces.

• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas according to client specifications.

• Empty rubbish bins and dispose of waste responsibly.

• Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and are well-maintained.

• Follow company guidelines and checklists to ensure quality and consistent service.

• Report any maintenance issues or damage observed during cleaning to the supervisor.

• Occasionally assist with specialised cleaning tasks based on client needs (e.g., carpet cleaning, window washing).

• Work independently or as part of a team, depending on the assignment.
