About Redhill Civil

Redhill Civil is a specialist FRP (Formwork, Reinforcement & Pouring) contractor delivering high-quality concrete and formwork packages across major rail infrastructure projects. We pride ourselves on safety, innovation and excellence, and we’re looking for skilled Concreters to join our team on the St Marys rail upgrade.

The Project

You’ll be working on the transformation of St Marys station into a modern interchange, linking the T1 Western Line with Sydney’s new metro corridor. This landmark upgrade will support the Western Sydney Airport metro link and future growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, position and secure formwork and reinforcement prior to pours
Mix, pour and place concrete to specified grades and falls
Operate hand- and machine-screeds to achieve level, even surfaces
Use trowels, floats and power-finish equipment to apply edge details, textures and control joints
Interpret construction and engineering plans to layout pours accurately
Maintain a clean, safe worksite and report any issues or defects immediately

What We’re Looking For

Experience: Proven concreting background with strong screeding and finishing skills
Rail Preference: Previous rail-industry work is an advantage but not essential
Plan-Reading: Ability to read and work from drawings and specifications
RIW Card: Must hold, or be prepared to obtain before start, a valid Rail Industry Worker card
Attributes: Physically fit, reliable, safety-focused and a collaborative team-player
