Position Overview
As an Accounts Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all accounting processes. Key Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely entries.
• Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions regularly.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, and financial reports.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Maintain accurate and organised financial records.
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders regarding financial matters.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

About You

• Proven experience in a similar accounts role is preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Relevant qualifications in accounting, finance, or a related field are advantageous.
