As part of the Eagers Automotive Group, Norris Motor Group has an ideal opportunity for a dedicated and experienced Finance and Insurance Sales Consultant/Business Manager to join our dealer group.  The successful individual will be responsible to assist our customers with their finance, insurance, and warranty requirements.    RESPONSIBILITIES: Positively interacting with Customers who are seeking vehicle finance, insurance, and warranty services Working with Customers to establish their needs and presenting financing options to suit their individual requirements Packaging loan applications with the required supporting documents and presenting these to a suitable Lender to secure an approval Accurately producing, printing, and packaging the required documents for loan execution, and arranging Customer signatures, payouts, and insurance cover Preparing policy remittance and sales reports to the appropriate finance and insurance providers, and to Dealership management Responsibility for document retention, accurate database updating, and information storage to meet legislative requirements Completing the month-end summary recording results against objectives and planning corrective actions for the month ahead Understanding and complying with Local, State, and National government reporting requirements, ASIC, and GST and taxation obligations          SKILLS: High level of computer literacy with experience in a range Microsoft Office programs, and Financier and Insurer IT interfaces  Getting involved and working as a vital part of the Sales effort to ensure collaborative and productive outcomes for every member of the Team Strong inter-personal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to prioritise and handle a varied workload time-effectively, without fuss, and to a high standard An Open Driver's Licence is essential as there may be a need to call on Customers at their work or home Ability to gain financial accreditation across lending products (background checks required)   BENEFITS: Salary and uncapped commission Opportunities for personal and professional development A pathway to further opportunities within the Group Ongoing product training Discounts on vehicle purchases, parts, service plus much more Reward and recognition programs  Discounted personal insurance products Wellbeing incentives including: discounts platform for major retailers, employee assistance program and the list continues!   As part of Eagers Automotive, we strongly believe in our Core Values: Integrity | Inclusiveness | Owner’s Mindset | Agility
