Haines Electrical Service is seeking a dedicated and hands-on Grounds Person to maintain the private residence of the business owner, a 730-square-meter property in Springfield Lakes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance the gardens and lawn areas (mix of astro turf and real turf)

• General landscaping duties including weeding, pruning, trimming, and seasonal planting

• Regular pool maintenance (cleaning, chemical balancing, upkeep of pool area)

• Basic home maintenance tasks (repairs, fixtures, pressure washing, etc.)

• Support with internal housekeeping duties as needed

• Ensure the property is presented in top condition at all times

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in garden and grounds maintenance

• Knowledge of lawn care (including synthetic turf) and pool maintenance

• Handy with tools and comfortable with general household repairs

• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and initiative

• Discreet, reliable, and able to work independently

• Driver’s licence and own transport preferred
