About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Handyperson to join the team at Mitterer Constructions in Logan Central, Queensland. As a full-time Maintenance Handyperson, you will be responsible for providing general maintenance and handyperson services to our clients' diverse portfolio of residential properties.

What you'll be doing

• Perform a wide range of general maintenance tasks

• Coordinate with the scheduling team to efficiently complete jobs

• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and completed work

• Ensure compliance with relevant safety standards and regulations

What we're looking for

Extensive experience as a Maintenance Handyperson or in a similar role, with a strong background in a diverse range of maintenance tasks including:

• Carpentry

• Painting (Exterior and Interior)

• Plastering

• Tiling

• Any general handyman maintenance work
