As a Kitchen Installer at A - Team Kitchens, you will be responsible for the professional and efficient installation of our kitchen projects in our clients' homes. You will work with premium materials, intricate designs, and demanding specifications, requiring a high level of technical expertise, precision, and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality. You will be an ambassador for our company, interacting directly with clients and ensuring their complete satisfaction with the installation process

Responsibilities:

• Accurately interpret and work from detailed kitchen plans, elevations, and specifications.

• Install kitchen cabinets (base, wall, and tall units) with precision, ensuring proper alignment, leveling, and secure fixing.

• Complete all necessary finishing touches, including scribing, sealing, and ensuring a flawless appearance.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to site safety regulations.

• Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and other team members regarding the installation progress and any potential issues.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any installation challenges efficiently and effectively.

• Ensure client satisfaction by delivering a high-quality installation and addressing any concerns professionally.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience 5 years as a Kitchen Installer, with a strong portfolio showcasing kitchen installations.

• Extensive knowledge of kitchen construction, materials, and installation techniques.

• Proficiency in using a wide range of hand and power tools required for kitchen installation.

• Excellent joinery skills with a keen eye for detail and precision.

• Ability to read and interpret detailed technical drawings and specifications accurately.

• A strong understanding of health and safety regulations within a construction environment.
